The reception is open as follows: Monday - Friday: 06:30 - 22:00 Weekends and public holidays: 07:30 - 12:00 / 17:00 - 22:00 Guests arriving outside of these hours should telephone the hotel in advance to obtain a code for the hotel’s check-in machine.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.90 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
