Rooms

The hotel has 2 types of rooms for simplicity, with 47 superior rooms and 20 deluxe family rooms. The contemporary superior rooms are designed with light, soft colours and furnishings, reflecting a fresh and tropical ambience. All the main beds are orthopedic in design for correct spinal alignment and so are good for travellers with sensitive backs. Every room also has a long sofa. With 20 deluxe family rooms, the hotel is perhaps the largest family hotel in Bali. Each room is 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (aged 11 or below).

Hotel details

Inspired by a Balinese Water Palace, the hotel has a contemporary design with high ceilings and large open spaces in most areas. This pleasant and relaxing environment is suited to families as well as honeymooners. Guest staying from 6 to 9 nights may enjoy a complimentary foot massage/reflexology, 2 persons per room for 1 hour. With a 10 night stay, or longer, guests will receive a complimentary foot massage plus Balinese massage, 2 persons per room for a total of 2 hours. Please note that the complimentary massage offer must be taken on the first or second day of accommodation. Upon check-in, our receptionist will ask you to make the spa appointment so that we can prioritize booking space for you well ahead. This offer is not transferable or cumulative. A children's club, parental supervision is recommended, outdoor spa jacuzzi and aromatherapy steam room are all available for complimentary use by guests.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is located in front area of the hotel, with views of the swimming pool and the street. It is well-known amongst international guests for its value, with a wide range of both local and world cuisine on offer. The restaurant has featured in several travel guide books. Open from 07:00 until 23:00, with live music 3 nights a week.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 3.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs USD 3.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 13.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
