By Car (from Kunming Airport): - Go along the Spring City Road and Bai Ta Road, then turn around to Dong Feng East Road via City Center Square. - Go through Dong Feng West Road to Green Lake South Road. You will find our hotel on your right.

Area information

Our hotel is located west of the city centre within Green Lake Block. It is 5 minutes from Green Lake Park and Da Guang Shopping Centre on foot.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
