Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is not included. 10 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged MYR 63.25 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
