Area information The local attractions include the city centre’s main square, St. Mary's Basilica and Sukiennice the Cloth Hall 200 metres away, the Barbican 500 metres away, Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz Jewish quarter 1 km away, Wieliczka Salt Mine 15 km away and the Auschwitz - Birkenau Concentration Camp 40 km away. Travel information By Public Transport: From the central railway station 1 km south west of the hotel, take tram number 3, 13, 19, 10 or 24. Exit at the next stop opposite the post office. Turn left into Wielopole St, the hotel is the 2nd building on the left. Krakow’s international airport Balice is 15 km south east of the hotel and a 25 minute taxi ride away.
