The hotel offers 80 comfortable rooms with 5 luxury suites for the most demanding guests. For the comfort of guests every hotel room has appealing interior finishes, with natural furniture made of wood, comfortable beds and woollen carpets. With the aim of serving you with the highest standards, on request, we deliver to every room daily newspapers and fresh flowers.

Hotel details

The hotel offers a restaurant and café - bar with cosy interiors and conference rooms which cater for up to 600 people. There is a recreation centre where massage facilities, a sauna, swimming pool and resting room will provide you with full relaxation and comfort after a day full of activities. The convenient location of the hotel allows easy access to the many attractions of Krakow. It is near the A4 motorway (3km) and the John Paul II International Airport Kraków - Balice (14km).

Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant offers professional, friendly service in a unique atmosphere. Refined cuisine with a continental influence is served. Specials include pork loin, pickled in black pepper, served with Provence sauce and fried spinach. A wide selection of wines are available to accompany your meal. You can also unwind with a drink in the café-bar.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 12.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
