Our apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, without elevator (there are no elevators in the Old Town).

Food & Beverages

Since the apartments are located in the Old Town you will live in the center of area where most of the well known restaurants are. All cuisines will be at your disposal. We can also arrange a Welcome or Relax Packages, waiting for you in the apartment so you won't have to rush to the supermarket just after arrival.

The reception is open from 09:00 until 17:00. Should you arrive after 17:00, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival. Arrivals from 22:00 are charged a late arrival fee. At check-in, you will be asked to fill out a registration form and settle the payment. You will also need to provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments. In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments), the terms and conditions may differ from the hotel's standard policies (possibility of pre-payment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs PLN 22.40 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged PLN 89.60 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 112.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
