All of our apartments are modern and fully-equipped. We offer spacious and stylish apartments with anything you may wish for a perfect stay. They come with free broadband internet access.

Hotel details

The reception is located right at the entrance of the building. Our personnel will assist you at check-in and will be there for you during your whole stay, should you need anything. We offer a wide range of services, tours and packages to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Kazimierz Apartments are housed in a 3-floor building with no lift.

The reception is open from 10:00 until 17:00. Should you arrive after 17:00, please contact Kazimierz Apartments prior to arrival. A late arrival fee will apply to those checking in after 22:00. At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form and settle the payment. You will also need to provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit to secure the apartment during your stay. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments. Bookings for more than 2 apartments require a 30% prepayment (by authorising credit card or by bank transfer). We will contact you to settle the prepayment. This amount will not be refunded in case of a no-show or cancellation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs PLN 22.40 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged PLN 89.60 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 112.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
