Studios La Gioia 1 and La Gioia are 4 for max. 2 people. There is one queen size double bed in each room. Studios La Gioia 2 and La Gioia 3 are for max. 4 people. The price is for room for 2 people. Third and fourth person in the room will be charged extra 15 Euro each per night. They will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is not included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
