We offer air-conditioned rooms with bathrooms, divided into the following types: Standard (double, twin, single), Deluxe, Suites (Junior, Presidential). The types of rooms, which are inspired by the individual needs of every guest visiting Krakow for leisure or on business, have been designed to meet your needs while keeping the classical beauty of the palace interior, as well as blending the spirit of the past with the present. The pastel colours and upholstery are carefully matched and the furniture is custom-made. To combine practicality, convenience and comfort, you can select the appropriate type of room: a room with a mezzanine, a family room, a studio, or the exclusive presidential suite. In addition to the listed facilities, every air-conditioned room is equipped with broadband internet, comfortable beds and separate air-conditioning controls. The appealing bathrooms feature floor heating, heated towel racks and a shower, some have bathtubs with separate showers, and some have Jacuzzi baths.

The Ostaszewski Palace was built in 1895. This palatial residence is a valuable relic of late 19th century architecture and art: the interiors feature rich decorations on the plafond, architectural details and furnishings. The palace is yet another valuable example of the work of the outstanding architect, Mr. Józef Pokutyński. It was entered in the list of historical buildings. Our hotel offers an unforgettable gourmet experience and a pleasant atmosphere in the Restaurant Salons. The Chef prepares various exquisite Polish and continental dishes as well as sublime desserts. You are invited to the bar, with a rich wine list, and a lounge which offers events of a varied atmosphere. You will find artistic entertainment, music and the possibility of watching football games together. This is an ideal spot for a business lunch or a meeting with friends. The summer patio has been designed for those who love to relax and talk out in the open, and the seasonal dishes will satisfy even the most demanding gourmand. We have special offers for businesses and we have climate-controlled, cosy meeting rooms: the Club Room (maximum 20 persons) and the Conference Hall (maximum 50 persons).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 98.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
