Our 59 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites provide guests with an atmosphere of sheer comfort and hospitality. Many of the rooms enjoy superb views over Grodzka Street - a part of the Royal Route. Having all our guests’ needs in mind, the rooms come equipped with a bathroom, telephone, satellite TV and a radio-alarm clock. Spacious suites boast exquisite décor, fine furnishing and opulent fabrics - some suites provide fully equipped kitchens, and are ideal for long term stay. There are rooms for non - smoking guests.

Hotel details

Hotel not adequately suited for disabled guests - only some part like restaurant, lift, public places are accessible. The Rezydent hotel offers a fully equipped, comfortable conference room, ideally suitable for small meetings, conferences and trainings.

Food & Beverages

Sample Polish and European dishes at the restaurant. The bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a variety of beverages in a relaxed atmosphere.

Please note that due to renovation work, as of 10th August 2009 breakfast will be available at Wesele Restaurant, 100 metres from the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 53.70 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
