The indoor and outdoor world of our spacious wellness area is a terrific experience for body, mind and soul. 170 m² invite you to relax, recharge your batteries and gain back your inner vitality. Our new wellness area with a huge panoramic relaxation room is directly connected to the meadow by the lake. So after relaxing in the sauna you can jump into the cool Lake Kochelsee. Where else is this possible? Our beautiful surroundings play a crucial role in the success of your conference. Our hotel offers the necessary calmness and detachment from hectic daily business for you to check your strategies and develop new visions. We have a conference room for up to 30 people including modern equipment and individual conference arrangements.

Food & Beverages

Let us treat you with the culinary specialities of our restaurant. During the summer you can dine on our cosy garden terrace at one of the many tables next to the lake. Our chef and his team prepare all their dishes using fresh and regional produce such as fish from Lake Kachelsee and game from our Bavarian woodlands. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
