The hotel has 18 rooms with bath or shower. All Superior and Deluxe rooms have a private terrace or balcony. Please note that all rooms (including breakfast room and lobby and lounge) are non-smoking.

Hotel St. Pol is a family hotel in Scapa Sports style. You find yourself in the beautiful villa district of the Zoute. Everything is within walking distance: the seaside, the Zwin nature reserve, the boutiques of the mondaine Zoute and the unique butterfly garden in front of the hotel (open from Easter until October). At the Oosthoekplein, 100 meters from the hotel, you will find a wide range of good restaurants and bistros. The hotel has been recently been renovated in the modern and fresh Scapa design. Next to the lobby you have the breakfast room (breakfast buffet included in the room price) and the bar where you can come in the mood for the evening. Afterwards you are spoilt by a wide range of top restaurants. The very comfortable luxury and superior rooms have all the comforts of a 4-star hotel, and the standard rooms are provided with 3-star comfort. Food & Beverages

An extensive breakfast buffet is served from 08:15 –11:00. You can enjoy an English breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, ham, yoghurt, fruit juice, white cheese, croissants, butter, biscuit, bread and fresh fruit salad. At 100 meters from the hotel you can find splendid restaurants.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
