The villa features three rooms. The three rooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower All rooms are equipped with all common facilities. For top weekends a minimum stay of three nights applies.

Food & Beverages

When the weather is nice you can enjoy breakfast in the garden or on the terrace. Breakfast is served from 8:30 - 10:30.

The B&B kindly asks you to check in before you start exploring Knokke. They also kindly ask you to state your estimated time of arrival in your reservation.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
