All 98 rooms have been renovated in modern style and are fully equipped with all standard amenities. Non-smoking rooms are available. There are twin rooms or kingsize rooms available.

The Hotel Welcome Inn is ideally situated in a quiet location only a few minutes from the main airport Zürich-Kloten and within walking distance to the train station of Kloten. A lot of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Restaurant Kanzlei with traditional Swiss food like «Zürcher Geschnetzeltes mit Rösti». Clerk’s Club: Meeting point for local people and hotel guests. Free for our guests: Entrance to the public swimming area ( 5 minutes walking distance) Entrance to the fitness room at hotel Allegra ( 3 min. walk) Free shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Food & Beverages

Restaurant Kanzlei  make your choice Steakroom:Traditional Swiss food like «Zürcher Geschnetzeltes mit Rösti»and tenderly grilled meat accompanied by seasonal delicacies. Restaurant Tubeschlag: Daily fresh specialties for a small or big appetite. Menus, snacks, cakes, and ice cream to enjoy inside or in the garden. Clerk’s Club: Meeting point for local people and hotel guests.

Your luggage can be stored the whole day at the reception. Parking spaces and Garage is free of charge during your stay. If you want to leave your car while not staying at the hotel, the supplement charges are as follows: 1 week CHF 50 / 2 weeks CHF 90 / 3 weeks CHF 120. This needs to be reserved up front!

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
