Each of our 164 rooms is equipped with a flat screen TV, minibar (free of charge) and wireless LAN connection; some rooms have a balcony. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Food & Beverages

In our newly decorated restaurants you can enjoy the culinary pleasures of your holiday. In the morning you will find a generous breakfast buffet in the „Weißer Hirsch“. In the evening our head chefs Michael Stadler and Martin Reiter pamper you in the „Kaminstuben“ with local and international specialities, but also with well-balanced, healthy dishes. In our „Kitz Alm“, we serve you Tyrolean delicacies and in the new „Vinothek“ you can reserve a place for a wine tasting. In summer our terrace is a very special experience: at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn you can sit in front of a waterfall, pond and a contemporary-style cottage garden.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
