The Clarion Hotel Maingate is a 100% Smoke-Free hotel. All rooms are non smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside the hotel available for all guests.

You don't have too go far in Orlando to find a great Maingate restaurant -- the Clarion Hotel Maingate is pleased to offer on-site dining. Get your day started right with a hearty breakfast buffet at Crabby Bill's Restaurant. Relax with a light dinner and tropical Florida–inspired drinks at Rum Runners Bar & Grille open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only from 6 pm to 10 pm. Crabby Bill's Seafood also serves lunch and dinner, featuring 100% real grouper! Enjoy a great view of the pond on a lanai that overlooks a gorgeous fountain with our family of Koi fish. An Indoor bar/lounge is also available offering casual, relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your favorite beverages. Rum Runners Pool Bar & Grille by the pool offers lite fare and full service bar. Open from 6pm-10pm (Thursday through Saturday), weather permitting.

The pool area will be under renovations starting date May 5, 2008 and should be completed by May 20, 2008. Guests will be able to use the pool at the Days Hotel located behind Clarion Hotel Maingate during that period of time. The Days Hotel pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. **When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply** Clarion Hotel Maingate is a Pet Friendly Hotel. The Clarion Hotel Maingate will allow up to 2 pets per room of up to 30lbs. each. There will be $75.00 Non Refundable Fee per pet per stay. Additional fee applies for stay longer than 1 week (7nights).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 1.50 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs USD 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 6.95 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
