Sports enthusiasts will find a collection of cricket, rugby and golf memorabilia, particularly fascinating; photographs, autographs, prints and paraphernalia adorn every wall, and provide many opportunities for reminiscence and discussion. Smoking customers are still well looked after with an outdoor covered, lit and heated smoking area with tables and chairs.

Food & Beverages

The Knights Restaurant is elegantly decorated and furnished in a George and Dragon theme. The Bistro is partially open to the bar lounge. It maintains an informal atmosphere and displays interesting bric-a-brac.

Please note that between the 26 and the 31st of October, the kitchen will be closed due to refurbishment so no evening meal or Full English breakfast will be available.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
