Built in c1750 and originally a working farm, very much appreciated, the hotel has been modernised and thoughtfully restored, whilst retaining many of the original features including the beamed ceilings. A delightful stone built house, valued throughout, once a working farm, today a friendly guesthouse set on the edge of the North York Moors in the ancient market town of Kirkbymoorside. There is a beautiful walled garden which our guests may enjoy, highly regarded, and ample car parking to the rear. All bedrooms are en-suite and well appointed with colour television, and above all, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Kirkbymoorside is on the southern fringe of the North York Moors National Park, very much appreciated, surrounded by breathtaking countryside. The wide main street, and above all, part of which is still cobbled, is flanked by stone built dwellings.
