Each bedroom has a hospitality tray, Wi-Fi access and a well-appointed bathroom. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. Some Superior rooms have a private balcony.

Hotel details

Seven versatile function rooms are available and are suitable for meetings, conferences and wedding receptions. Weekend breaks to Hampton Court, Kew Gardens, and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum are available. Hotel facilities include a restaurant, cafè lounge, landscaped gardens and secure car park.

Food & Beverages

Full English/continental buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:30 Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 - 10:00 am on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Dinner is served from 19:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday inclusive, 19:00 - 21:00 on Friday and Saturday. Bar snacks are available on a Sunday.

The Hotel can accommodate children but only if advised at time of booking - a charge of £10.00 per child (under the age of 16) will be applied - cots are available but only if advised at time of booking and a £10.00 charge will be applied Private parking is available at a cost of £5.00 per night Monday to Thursday inclusive, Fridays and Weekends are free of charge Payment Information: The hotel does not accept Diners Club/Amex cards. All bookings must be secured by a credit card and the address and postcode where the credit card is registered to. Please note the customer credit card details may only be used to guarantee the booking. Payment must be made by the customer in person on arrival/departure from the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.95 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
