Hotel details

The hotel is located in the town centre and is the first hotel you see as you approach the town centre from both the road and train station. The local train station is only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. There are restaurants in town centre within a short stroll from the hotel, as well as a traditional restaurant on-site. The hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Kettering town centre and conservation area. Whether you are visiting local attractions, wanting to shop in the nearby pedestrianised area, or just relaxing whilst on business, the staff at the hotel will be happy to help you. The staff at the hotel pride themselves on looking after the needs of their guests with a personal level of service. Always being aware of the demands of their guests and trying to make the guest’s stay a pleasurable experience, a planned refurbishment of many of the guest rooms is currently being undertaken.

Food & Beverages

The hotel provides both a substantial bar snacks menu, as well as full restaurant menu. Food is served during the day from 07:00 to 21:00 every day, except Sunday.

Please note: the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment. The hotel regrets that it does not have a lift. All rooms are non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
