Rich breakfast: buffet and enlarged continental breakfast; half board is provided in a restaurant in the neighbourhood of the house. At the reception we offer the services of a day-bar: coffee, tea, soft drinks, short drinks etc.

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
