Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 80 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 80 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night per person for cots.  All children under 15 years are charged GBP 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
