Rooms

Our hotel comprises of 25 Standard Rooms and 21 Superior Rooms. Superior Rooms are Double Rooms, which can also be used for single occupancy. In addition to the listed amenities Superior Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV (on the wall), soundproofed windows and bigger bath rooms.

Hotel details

This family-led hotel from 1976 has been totally renovated and redecorated in 2003. In 2005, we extended the building and added 21 Double Rooms. Our reception and breakfast room can now be found in the new extension as well. All fire preventions meet up-to-date requirements, an online connection to the fire department is available.

Park-Hotel only offers breakfast, half or full board is not available. We serve a rich breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh fruits, muesli, yoghurt, cheese and sausages, breads, bread rolls and eggs. A Chinese Restaurant (non-hotel owned) offers excellent Chinese dishes. Opened daily. Other German or Italian restaurants in the vicinity can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes.

Location & area

Address Kerpener Straße 183 50170 Kerpen		Travel information Coming from the highway, take exit "Kerpen" at the junction Kerpen A61/A4. At the traffic light turn left, towards "Sindorf". After about 600 m you will find yourself on our parking lot, next to "ARAL" gas station. Park-Hotel can be also be reached by suburban railway (Cologne- Düren). From the station walk to the South for about 500 m. We can offer an airport shuttle at good rates for guests arriving at Cologne or Dusseldorf airport.
Area information Park-Hotel is situated in Kerpen-Sindorf, only about 600 m from the junction Kerpen (A4/A61 Kreuz Kerpen). The commercial area "Europarc" starts at only 200 m to the west of the hotel, which makes our house the ideal place for customers, staff and visitors of surrounding companies. The famous "Michael-Schumacher Kart And Event Center", bowling center "Bowl-Positon" and first-class fitness center "Balance Sportparc" are all only a 3 minute's drive from the hotel. "Erftlagune", a year-round fun bath, can be reached in a few minutes. Traffic-free hiking and biking can be done in wide-stretched woods and fields next to the hotel. Within a radius of 10 km you can discover various castles, museums and viewpoints. The amusement park "Phantasialand", situated in Brühl, is only 20 driving minutes away. The suburban railway, which can be found at only 500 m from the hotel, offers easy and comfortable access to the city of Cologne in only 23 minutes. Our reception provides extensive information on touristic highlights and sights.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
