The hotel provides 84 Standard guest rooms, 42 superior 4-star rooms and 2 bridal suites which are bright and spacious. Brand new beautifully designed and crafted superior bedrooms, creating a sense of warmth and comfort while remaining functional. Sleek lines, open spaces and thoughtfulness of colour, all the superior rooms are designed to a modern 4-star prerequisite, with luxury finishing touches including flat screen LCD televisions and a contemporary spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bath. To accommodate individual guest requirements there are smoking/non-smoking; family; disabled and executive rooms on offer.

Kenmare Bay Hotel Restaurant and Bar is closed midweek in December and closed Midweek & Weekends in January. The Leisure centre will remain open Kenmare Bay Hotel is a modern hotel set on 6 acres of landscaped parkland. The committed staff, with years of experience, will help make your stay a memorable one. Other features of the hotel include Jasper’s restaurant overlooking the mountains, The Snug Bar overlooking the gardens, weddings in the Gortamullen Suite and conference and banqueting facilities in the ballroom. A quiet walk from the hotel will lead you into the heart of Kenmare town in 3 minutes. Laid out in 1670, it is, quite literally, a small piece of heaven renowned for its extensive selection of fine restaurants, quality shopping, fine pubs and delightful walks. Kenmare is the ideal base for discovering the southwest of Ireland. Killarney and its lakes, the National Park and Dingle are located just north of Kenmare. To the south lies Bantry Bay, Glengariff and the Italian Gardens. East of Kenmare is the magical Ring of Beara and the famous Ring of Kerry, and to the west is Blarney Castle and Cork City. Kenmare simply cannot be omitted from the golfer’s itinerary. There are 2 superb golf courses on our doorstep. The Kenmare Golf Club is situated just off the main street and the Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club is only 2 miles along the Sneem Road. Both courses can be enjoyed by the professional and amateur golfer alike.

Food & Beverages

Named after one of the original peacocks, Jasper's Restaurant the Kenmare Bay incorporates the best of Kerry produce. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00. Dinner is served from 06:00 until 09:00

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
