Our luxury accommodation features 13 modern hotel rooms, offering great prices, excellent services, high-security parking, free of charge wellness centre services and a babysitting service, a beauty parlour and a souvenir shop. For conferences, presentations and meetings we offer a conference hall with 25 places and all the necessary equipment.

When you have no possibility to visit the sunny Italia, you can satisfy the nostalgia entering Italian food restaurant „Portofino“, where you can breathe the Mediterranean Sea spirit. The retro style restaurant is situated at the gates of Kaunas city – in Savanorių Avenue. It is the most suitable place to meet business partners during the official dinner or to spend a romantic dinner with your loved one. We always guarantee fresh and delicious food

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
