Rooms

Our hotel has 8 rooms, 5 studios (one-room apartments) and, perhaps most importantly, an informal, friendly atmosphere. The rooms have standard facilities. The studios also have standard facilities, as well as a kitchenette with 2 cooking plates, refrigerator and coffee machine. The studios are cleaned every day and your beds are made up upon arrival. Towels and kitchen towels are included in the studios. You pay no extra charges for final cleaning, gas, water and electricity.

The Mol - van Beelen family and her team will make any effort to make your stay worth while. The large number of regular guests and our occupation is the best proof for this.

Food & Beverages

The extended breakfastbuffet is from 6.00 - 9.30 AM. For your eveningmeal you will find several restaurants in different price-categories in our neighbourhood. The nearest restaurant is not even 50 meters from our hotel. We will be glad to advice you.

Smoking is only possible on our partly covered inner court. Please note that for payment by credit card, an additional 2% of the total amount of booking will be charged to the credit card.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
