Hotel Forsthof is carried on by the fourth generation. Our house is located in the historical pregnant place Kastl embedded into the beautiful landscape of the Lauterachtal. An honour in the competition "Bavarian kitchen” we call our own. Our emphasis lies in the range families and conference hotel. A fastidious breakfast buffet let begin the day of our guests optimally. It expects you 19 modern furnished rooms with shower or bath, valued throughout, WC, cable TV and other amenities.

Motorway A3 Regensburg - Nuernberg, exit Neumarkt/OPf.. next airport: Nuernberg - from there train connections after Neumarkt OPf. or Amberg. Next express train: Neumarkt/OPf. - from there repeated bus connection over Kastl after Amberg.
Area information A place with charm and history. Kastl - that is a pictorial marks in the Oberpfaelzer law in the East Bavaria. The place lies in the Lauterrachtal. Over it the monastery castle, a imposante castle plant with the monastic church worth seeing, a Basilika from that 12. Century. It is not far from Kastl into the Franconia metropolis Nuernberg, in medieval Regensburg, to Neumarkt or to Amberg.
