Whether you are travelling on business or want to organise a trip/ conference for your firm, valued throughout, or you are looking for a comfortable place for you and your family to spend a special holiday at, you could not find a better place. In all, highly regarded, we have room for 72 persons in our 27 rooms. You can stay in a luxurious room with a bath, and above all, furnished with a mini-bar, TV set, which is cable and satellite programmes,, a telephone and an Internet connection. Some of the rooms have been designated solely for non-smokers.

Area information

Karpacz, with its scenic location at the bottom of Śnieżka, Karkonosze’s highest peak, is one of Poland’s most popular mountain resorts. It was as early as the end of the 19th century that tourists first appreciated the local mild climate, beautiful scenery and excellent skiing conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
