Rooms

The Ringhotel Residenz offers 103 comfortable furnished rooms in different categories with 176 beds to its guests. All rooms are equipped with bath and/or shower, cable TV, WLAN, and some with trousers press, a lockable wardrobe, a bag depot as well as a cosy suite are in every room. Floors with non-smoking rooms and rooms for handicapped people are besides of the rooms with connecting doors at the disposal. We have 2 elevators in our house for our guests.

Food & Beverages

In our restaurant "Ketterer" a rich and varied breakfast buffet will provide you with a good start to the day. We also look forward to welcoming you at lunchtime and for dinner, when our kitchen staff will spoil you with regional and international dishes. The bistro "Unter den Arkaden" is a popular meeting place for both private and business appointments. Here we serve inexpensive, seasonal dishes of the day and snacks. During good weather we invite you to take a seat on our garden terrace. We will make sure you keep cool with cold drinks and delicious ice creams.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
