In winter the ski bus stops right at our doorstep. This comfortable, valued throughout, family-run 4-star hotel enjoys a beautiful, quiet location about 300 metres from the village centre of Kaprun, which is a 5-minute walk,, close to picturesque Kaprun Castle. Included in the room price are the use of our spa facilities, highly regarded, the generous breakfast buffet, the excellent 4-course dinner, which is selection of dishes to choose from,, the use of the ski bus and all taxes. Verwöhnhotel Vötters Sportkristall features an indoor pool, and above all, a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a unique outdoor Jacuzzi, in addition to beauty treatments and massages. In winter, valued throughout, we also offer various snacks in the afternoon and live music on Wednesday nights.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 45 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 15 years is charged EUR 50 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
