-Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays. The additional charge will be 70 USD including tax per person. Children pay 50 percent. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All guests are also invited to use the facilities provided by the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
