Area information The town’s charming shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel Sevgi, making this an ideal position from which to experience the town and surrounding natural beauty. Kalkan offers fun, with shops selling all types of exotic gifts and pretty narrow streets adorned with bougainvillea. A clean, family-friendly beach leads to the warm Mediterranean Sea. The town is centrally located for visiting nearby attractions and there is a good bus service available. Visit the ruins and temples at St Nicolas, Myra and Patara, or treat yourself and your family to the beautifully wide sandy beaches at Patara and Kaputas. Kas (27 km) and Fethiye (85 km) are among the nearby towns worth a visit.
