Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 4.00 per 30 minutes.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.  Internet via modem is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
