Our hotel provides 49 rooms and 2 suites with balcony from where you have a great view on the river Rhein and the promenade. Two of the double rooms are handicapped accessible.

Enjoy our rich culinary offer at our sunny ambiance of the winter garden. Try a good wine at our restaurant Metropol or enjoy the sun at our large terrace. We also cater your parties in rooms where the Imperator William II celebrated his 40th birthday. End your day at our cosy lobby bar and look forward to a good night at our comfortable rooms.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
