Hotel details

You may check in until 22:00. Please notify the hotel in advance if you intend to check in after 22:00. The hotel charges EUR 10 for late check-in. If you are arriving late, the airport can offer a free shuttle service, subject to availability. You can be collected at the arrivals gate and brought directly to the hotel. Prices for the shuttle service begin at EUR 30 from Cologne/Bonn airport, and EUR 70 from Düsseldorf airport. The drivers can accept credit cards. The hotel can offer this free of charge for late arrival. Please notify the hotel of your arrival time/flight number/airline.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.40 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
