Arrival: • Subway station "Friesenplatz", only 200 metres from the hotel (take subway line no. 5 for 2 stops) • Airport: S-Bahn train S13, runs every 20 minutes from central station • From the motorway A57 (exit "Koeln Centrum") the hotel can be attained in about 12 minutes, from the A1 (exit "Loevenich") in about 20 minutes.

Area information

The Best Western Ascot Hotel is only a few minutes from the pedestrian precinct. There is a direct transport connection to the main station (5 min) and to the fairgrounds (10 min).

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
