Get your day off to a good start with the Domstern's tasty breakfast buffet. It is available from 07:00 until 11:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 until 12:00 at weekends. The Swiss coffee machine prepares delicious coffee specialities with the simple push of a button. The reception staff will be happy to provide you with information concerning cafés and restaurants in the area, from typical Kölsch breweries to cosy Italian eateries and fine dining restaurants.

Kindly inform the hotel as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. They will only charge you a cancellation fee if they cannot re-sell the room. Please note that cancellation policies for the following bookings differ from the general policy set out above: Special events and weekends (Friday & Saturday): Cancellation is possible free of charge until 6pm local time 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations after that time or for no shows, the hotel charges a cancellation fee of 80% of the rate for the first night. Trade fair rate: Cancellation is possible free of charge until 6pm local time 28 days prior to arrival. Area information Hotel Domstern is located in the Domstrasse, only 200 metres from the cathedral and main station and is easily accessible by car or public transport. It is the perfect base for a city break and for business travellers. Almost all the important sights are within walking distance. In 5-10 minutes you will reach the historical old town along the Rhine river, with bars and restaurants, the pedestrian zone with cafés and shopping, the Opera house and the world famous Cologne Philharmonie as well as several museums. The trade fair (Köln Messe) is 2 minutes away on the train or 15 to 20 minutes walk. The trade fair in Düsseldorf is also just a short train ride away. Travel information You can walk to the hotel from the railway station in approximately 4 minutes. Leave the railway station via the Kunibertsviertel - Breslauer Platz exit. Walk along the left-hand side of the railway station. After about 80 metres, you will see 2 large glass buildindgs (Sparda Bank and RWZ) on the other side of the street. The Domstrasse goes off to the right, directly behind these glass buildings. Walk past the Hotel Eurogarden and Rewe’s administrative headquarters. After approximately 100 metres, you will see the hotel on the right-hand side.
