Area information We are located in a quiet side street, yet at the same time in the middle of the bustling and very lively university district, with its attractive restaurants, bars, discos, etc. The well-known "Kölner Ringe" (city rings of Cologne) – a paradise for shoppers, gourmets, and night owls – are within walking distance (600 m/650 yards), and even the popular pedestrian precincts are a mere stone’s throw away. And for those looking to take a short break from the bustle of the big city - the extensive parks invite you to rest, unwind, and maybe even sun-bathe ‘just around the corner’. The "Mauritiusthermen" (Mauritius baths) nearby, allow you to relax more fully (900 m/1000 yards).
