The Holiday Inn Köln-Bonn Airport offers 19 double, 78 twin and 80 single rooms of different categories on 6 floors (e.g. standard or comfort category). In addition, our guests will find 2 complete non-smoking floors as well as wheelchair-accessible rooms.

Due to its close proximity to the Cologne-Bonn International Airport and its fantastic transport links, the Holiday Inn Köln-Bonn Airport is an ideal location for seminars, conferences or private events. Pick-up service from the airport is available for free. Guests should inform the hotel from the airport (Holiday Inn telephones are available at the airport itself).

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per child under 6 years.  Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
