Food & Beverages

The restaurants of the Excelsior Hotel Ernst have been given rave reviews in various restaurant guides, and equally impress our guests with their culinary delicacies. From early morning breakfast until the end of the day, you will be served exquisite specialities from the kitchen and the wine cellar. The elegant “Piano Bar” is the perfect place to end the evening on a fine note. In the stylish ambience of our first-class restaurant "Hanse Stube", guests can enjoy international cuisine specialities, while the Asian restaurant "Taku" offers a select mixture of various Far Eastern delicacies.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

No parking available.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
