Le Merou – Informal charming service, complete with magnificent chandeliers, panoramic views of the opulent Cathedral, and exceptional service awaits at Le Merou. Two-star Michelin chef Michel Rostang, a native Parisian, brings his culinary expertise to Cologne. 120 different wines from the finest vineyards in France, Germany, and Italy grace our wine cellar. Sir Peter Ustinov’s Bar International – Featuring an elegant central oval bar and relaxing sofas, Sir Peter’s is a sleek sanctuary for evening cocktails or local beers. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
