Our comfortable, Mediterranean-style guest rooms with cherrywood stained furniture and attractive art prints guarantee a pleasant stay. All rooms include WLAN (fee required) and some also feature minibar and trouser press. Business travellers will appreciate the large desks.

Hotel details

We offer a mini library, a drinks machine and a selection of souvenirs. A laptop can be borrowed from Reception for a fee. Soothing, therapeutic massages can be booked for an additional fee. Together with our cooperating partners, we also offer a shuttle service (fee required) to the airport, the railway station and to various company headquarters. Also available are three conference rooms and four rooms for workshops, all of which are equipped with the latest in communications technology.

Food & Beverages

Start your day with a comprehensive, well-balanced breakfast buffet rich in vitamins. For lunch and dinner, the creative kitchen staff will spoil you with light and well-balanced Mediterranean and international specialities as well as regional dishes. Imaginative cocktails, fresh draught Kölsch and small snacks are available in the new bar and lounge. During the summer, you can savour cool drinks on the patio. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays, except during exhibition/trade fair periods. The reception staff will be happy to recommend restaurants in the vicinity.

For bookings of 3 rooms or more, special cancellation conditions apply: Outside of trade show periods and events, cancellation is only free of charge until 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.50 per 24 hours.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 13 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 13 to 16 years is charged EUR 33.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
