Travel information

By car: Exit the motorway at 'Kreuz Köln - Nord, Ost, Süd, West' towards 'Köln Zentrum'. Follow the signs to 'Dom / Hauptbahnhof'. You will see the hotel at the corner of 'An den Dominikanern / Marzellenstr'. By train: From the main station take the exit 'Bahnhofsvorplatz'. Walk along 'Dompropst-Ketzer-Str.' After 150m you will see the hotel on the corner of 'An den Dominikanern / Marzellenstr.'.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
