Area information

Our hotel is conveniently located for visiting the important cities nearby: Oświęcim and the Auschwitz Museum, Wadowice, the hometown of John Paul II, and Kraków. Those who prefer the active way of life can walk or bike around the picturesque Beskidy Mountains and ski in Szczyrk, Wisła and Porąbka. Near the hotel there are tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, bike routes and a modern indoor swimming pool. Our hotel is also located near the Hejnał Kęty Sports Club, where guests can find a sports hall and gym, which makes it an ideal place for organised sports groups.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
