Travel information

Heading towards Cologne on the A3 motorway, join the A4 motorway at the Heumar junction, head towards Aachen and exit at the Köln-Deutz or Köln-Messe exits. Cross the Severin bridge heading towards Barbarossaplatz. Turn right at the first junction, and the hotel is in the next street.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
