Rooms

Our single and double rooms are perfectly equipped and offer every comfort. Our rooms offer views of the town, the wood or the side of the lake. All rooms have colour schemes portraying the colours of the Island of Rügen, the blue of the sky and sea and the glamour of the beaches. In addition to the listed amenities all rooms have a French balcony and a bathroom with comfort shower, tower heater, wash basin and generous shelf space. Our atelier rooms have a pantry kitchen.

We are very proud of our cuisine and make sure we prepare natural produce from our region using the best methods, paying careful attention to the products themselves. The local products of the Island of Rügen have been inspected by and certified with the logo of Regional Food Culture since 2005. This is reflected in our daily menus, gala buffets and our à la Carte menu. We will happily cater for weddings, family or company events.

Area information Discover the romance of one of the oldest bathing resorts at the Baltic Sea, Juliusruh. Perambulate the picturesque lanscape Julius von der Lancken left in his parc which was buildt in 1795. Or just go for a walk to the Cape Arkona with its historic light house. From here you have an unique view on the sea and the characteristic coastal vegetation. The adjoining island Hiddensee is reachable by ship. Travel information Coming from Berlin -Travelling on the A10 you will come to the Berliner Ring. Here, continue in the direction of Prenzlau, continue on A11 towards Stettin and then on A20 until the ramp towards Stralsund. - Continue on B96 crossing the Rügendamm in the direction of Sagard via Glowe to Juliusruh. On the Island of Rügen please drive with your lights on. Coming from Hamburg - Coming on motorways A24/A19 continue until Lübeck. - In Lübeck continue on A20 via Autobahnkreuz Rostock (motorway interchange) to the ramp towards Stralsund, ring-road Stralsund and Rügendamm. - Then travel on B96 until you reach the branch towards Altenkirchen via Sagard, Bobbin and Glowe to Juliusruh. On the Island of Rügen please drive with your lights on. By train The Deutsche Bahn has comfortable connections to this beautiful island. Take the train to Bergen auf Rügen or Sagard and our shuttle can pick you up there.
