Rooms

All studios and 1-bedroom apartments offer a sea view and the ones at the front of the hotel have a balcony. The studios are equipped with double beds and all the apartments have flat-screen TVs. Bed and bath linen are provided free of charge and the beds are made before your arrival. Cleaning service must be requested for all stays shorter than a week and fresh towels can be provided on request at anytime.

If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the hotel directly. The full amount of the stay has to be paid at the time of the check-in, according to the online reservation terms. There is no refund in case of early departure. For special conditions and non refundable, the deposit of 25 percent of the total amount must be 1 night minimum. American Express cards are not accepted. Thank you to note that any person leaving on Sunday will be charged at the hotel for the household.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
