Each Villa has a minimum size of 225 square metres in either one, two, three or four bedroom configurations and the integrated lounge/dining area is semi exposed to the elements of tropical living. The detailed villas all have intimate private pools and are designed with elegant modern Balinese architecture. Separate levels, connected by staircases enhance the villas' spacious comfortable setting.

Private Dining Breakfast is served in your own dining room by the pool each day. A selection of Indonesian and International dishes is available for lunch/dinner or Barbeque in the comfort of your villa.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
