Gran Meliá Jakarta offers world class cuisine, ranging from Japanese, South European to Cantonese cuisine -- truly a fine dining experience. Café Gran Via is one of the largest coffee-house in town. With a seating capacity for 330 persons, and an extra large buffet counter, the Café Gran Via offers the most extensive all-day dining experience. International food will grace the buffet, and special menus, and food promotions will be introduced monthly. The Colvmbvs Fine Dining on the 14th floor a splendid view of Jakarta’s city skyline, with nightly live entertainment. Serving South European haúte cuisine, this fine dining restaurant is Jakarta’s most exquisite and romantic room. Tien Chao Chinese Restaurant, specializing in Cantonese cuisine, offers a wide variety of dishes, including Dim Sum. Special quick set menus are also available. For those preferring privacy, private dining rooms are also available. El Bombón, located on the second floor, offers a wide variety of cakes, breads, pastries, pralines, sandwiches, and many more. Monthly promotion and special offer is available, as well as beautifully packed pralines and cookies for your gifts. Kirishima Japanese Restaurant offers a variety of popular Japanese dishes, with the availability of Sushi Bar, Teppanyaki and Robatayaki counters. Private dining rooms are also available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  11 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
